Nicholas Resetar
A Southwestern Ohio native, Nicholas Resetar graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics. Nick later went on to attend law school at Case Western Reserve University where he specialized in International Law. Nick was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 2010.
Prior to attending law school, Nick worked in Washington, D.C. for then United States Representative and current United States Senator Rob Portman. Nick also served in the United States Department of State Bureau of Diplomatic Security during the Condoleeza Rice administration. Nick has authored an Advisory Memorandums to the United States Department of Defense regarding the application of The Geneva Conventions to those in U.S. custody at Guantanamo Bay and to the United States Coast Guard clarifying maritime sovereign territorial border integrity.
Nick began with Margolius, Margolius & Associates in 2007 as a law clerk and has continued as an associate attorney. Nick’s favorite part of his work is interacting with clients and helping them achieve their goals.
